Overview
At DPB Atelier, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient shopping experience, including prompt delivery of your orders. This Shipping Policy contains information regarding the shipment of products purchased through our store, covering shipping methods, delivery times, and associated costs.

Shipping origin
Products may be fulfilled and shipped from locations within the United States, Mexico, or Canada.
Please be aware that some products are only available for fulfillment in specific countries but can still be shipped internationally. As a result, depending on the availability of products, some orders may be shipped from the US or Mexico, even if you are ordering from Canada. This means that shipping times and costs may increase beyond what is initially expected.
There may also be instances in which an order will be separated into more than one package/shipment. This is typically due to differences in packaging requirements or because items are fulfilled at different locations. These separate packages may come from different countries or be shipped at different times. Consequently, you may receive these packages on different dates.
Shipping methods
All orders are shipped using a standard shipping method. Depending on your delivery address, your order may be shipped via USPS, DHL, UPS, and/or Canada Post. The tracking page for your order will mention which carrier is responsible for your package.
Shipping fees
The total shipping cost for your order will depend on which products you purchase. Different combinations will result in different rates. Many of our products have different packaging requirements and must be shipped separately from one another, resulting in separate shipping fees combined into a final total at checkout. *

The shipping fees posted below are estimates, not guarantees. For an exact shipping cost, kindly add the desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Then, add your delivery address in the form provided during the checkout process. The shipping cost will be calculated based on your information.

* There may be instances in which different product types might be shipped together, however they will still be charged as if they were shipped separately.
Customs fees
Since packages may be crossing international borders, customers may be responsible for paying customs fees, although this is not typically the case. Such fees may include import duty fees, import tax fees, customs entry fees, or other fees. These fees are not in our control and are assessed by your local customs office. For any inquiries or assistance regarding customs fees, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office for further clarification.
Free shipping
Customers who place orders of $150 or more are eligible for free shipping. To take advantage of this offer, select the “Free Shipping” option under the “Shipping method” section during checkout. Please be aware that this offer does not cover any potential customs fees, and is not applicable for the purchase of gift cards.
Delivery times
The fulfillment and shipping times provided below are approximations and do not serve as assurances.
Fulfillment times
On average, it takes 2–5 business days to fulfill an order before it’s shipped. Order fulfillment involves the processing of the order information and the production of the ordered products themselves.
Once an order has completed fulfillment, it will be passed on to the appropriate shipping carrier to be delivered to the customer’s delivery address.
Shipping times
The actual shipping time depends on your delivery address and the types of products included in your order, but we’ve provided estimates below to give you an idea:

Late deliveries
Several factors may lead to an order being delivered past its EDT (estimated delivery time). These factors include issues with product production, unavailability of products, and shipping delays resulting from failed delivery attempts, service interruptions, or unfavorable weather conditions. Nonetheless, we strive to fulfill our delivery estimates for each order.
If your package still hasn’t been confirmed as “Delivered” after 5 more business days have passed, kindly get in touch with us and we’ll investigate the matter.
Packages lost in transit
If the EDT is exceeded and you suspect that your package may have gotten lost during transit, you can request a refund or replacement item. Please see our Refund Policy for more information.
Failed deliveries
There may be instances in which a package could not be successfully delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, illegible, or invalid delivery address. We can offer to re-ship the package to a correct/different address, however the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Tracking information
Once your order has been processed and is ready for dispatch, a confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent to you. By clicking on the tracking number, you can access a tracking page and obtain up-to-date information on the location of your shipment.
For the most accurate estimated delivery time, please review the information found on your order’s tracking page. The information is live and updated regularly as the package is in transit.
